We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel a meal delivery order. We have therefore put in place a cancellation policy to give you some flexibility.
- Cancellation before order preparation: If you wish to cancel your order before we start preparing it, please contact the restaurant in charge of your order or contact us immediately by phone or e-mail at [email protected]. We will refund you the full amount of your order.
- Cancellation after order preparation: Once we have started preparing your order, we may not be able to cancel it. However, we encourage you to contact us immediately to discuss available options. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
- Cancellation in case of late delivery: If your order is late and you wish to cancel it due to the delay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the problem. If the cancellation is accepted, we will refund the full amount of your order.
Please note that cancellation fees may apply under certain circumstances, such as if the order is cancelled after preparation or if the delivery person is already en route to your delivery address. These fees will be clearly stated at the time of cancellation.
