- Order cancellation before preparation: If you would like to cancel your order before it has been prepared, you can do so by contacting us directly via our app or by calling our customer service. In this case, we will refund the full amount of your order.
- Cancellation of order after preparation: Once your order has been prepared, we can no longer accept cancellations. However, if you experience a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a partial refund.
- Quality problems or order errors: If you notice a quality problem with your order or if you have received an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and, if the problem is identified, we will refund you the full amount of your order or offer you a replacement.
- Delivery problems: We strive to deliver your meals on time. However, circumstances beyond our control may result in delays or delivery problems. If you experience a delivery problem, please contact us so that we can resolve the situation. In some cases, we may offer you a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the problem.
- Refunds for online payments: If you have made your online payment through our app, we will process your refund directly on the payment method used to place the order. Please note that the repayment period may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds for Cash Payments: If you made your cash payment on delivery, we will contact you to arrange the refund. In this case, we may ask you to provide your contact information in order to proceed with the refund.
