  3. Delivery times: We strive to deliver your meals as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of dishes, the delivery distance and traffic conditions. When ordering, we will provide you with an estimate of the delivery time. Please note that delivery times are subject to change and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
  4. Delivery Tracking: To keep you informed of the status of your delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number or tracking link. You will be able to follow the progress of your order in real time.
  5. Missed or Delayed Delivery: If you are unavailable to receive your order at the specified delivery address, our delivery team will do their best to contact you. If we are unable to reach you or if you do not respond, we will not be able to guarantee delivery of your order. In this case, additional charges may apply if you wish to reschedule the delivery.
  6. Quality or Order Error Problems: If you experience a problem with your order, such as a missing dish, a wrong preparation or a quality problem, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation by offering you a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
